Mood Walks

All are welcome to join Mood Walks: weekly walks that combine nature and physical activity to benefit both physical and mental health.

Research shows that spending time in nature decreases stress, lifts our mood, boosts energy and productivity, and increases focus and creativity. Moodwalks is a weekly drop-in walking group. Come on your own or bring a friend. Get moving! Get grounded! Get lifted!

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing.

North campus walks take place every Wednesday at noon. The meeting place is the Gate to the Future (between the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre and ACE).
