Student Life programs and services are designed to enrich and complement students’ academic experience and to foster their positive health and wellbeing.  Our professional team members possess extensive knowledge and expertise in their fields and a deep understanding of the complexities of the student experience.  You may work in partnership with the Student Life team to:

  • Tailor an in-class workshop or activity to meet the specific outcomes of your course
  • Organize a workshop outside of class to build academic and professional skills that will complement and extend your course content
  • Support students who may have emerging mental health or disability related needs
  • Deliver professional development and trainings to your colleagues on student development theory, the needs of specific student populations, leadership and team-building and other student affairs subjects.  In addition, team members are certified trainers in a variety of areas, including ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Training), Bringing in the Bystander, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator), English as a Second Language, True Colours, and Mindfulness.

Use the Student Life Services Form to learn more about how we can help support your students during their academic career.

Please visit the unit webpages for further information on the ways in which you may collaborate with Student Life.
